Your account information (name, email), the conversations you have with the companion, the commitments and tasks you mark complete, and minimal device and billing metadata required to operate the service.
We do not buy or sell behavioral data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers in the application.
Conversations are used solely to power your companion: to remember your story, surface insights, and write your weekly journal. They are stored in our database and used as input to generate your personal experience.
We do not use your conversations to train shared models. Anthropic, our model provider, processes your messages on a per-request basis and does not train on your data without consent.
You. Service operators in narrow circumstances necessary to maintain the service (security incidents, abuse reports, legal process). The model provider only at the moment of each request.
You can permanently delete your account from Settings → Danger Zone. This removes your conversations, memory, insights, journals, tasks, habits, and account record from our database, and deletes your identity record at our sign-in provider. It cannot be undone. If you subscribed through the App Store, cancel the subscription in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions — Apple does not let us cancel it for you.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active so the memory system can do its job. Rate-limit counters expire within 48 hours, and internal processing logs within 30 days. When you delete your account, your data is removed as described above. You can request an export of your data at any time from Settings or by emailing us.
MongoDB Atlas (data storage), Anthropic (language model), Stripe (billing), Resend (transactional email), Firebase (Google sign-in), Vercel (web hosting).
